Can someone else drive the rental car?
Yes, another person may drive the car as long as they are legally eligible. However, please note that the signatory of the rental contract remains fully responsible for the unit in the event of any accident.
What should I do if I get into an accident?
In case of an accident, contact us immediately and follow our provided instructions. This ensures proper handling and quick assistance.
Can I take the car outside of the region?
Travel range depends on the vehicle owner’s policy. Most cars have a limited travel radius, so please contact us for location-specific approvals.
What happens if I return the car late?
Overtime is charged at ₱100 per hour, up to a maximum of 10 hours. Beyond that, it will count as an additional full day. If no prior notice is given, we reserve the right to retrieve the unit immediately.
Do I need to return the car with the same fuel level?
Yes, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was released to you. This ensures fairness for both parties.
Do you accept credit cards?
Not yet. For now, payments are handled via cash, bank transfer and online banks. However, our team is working to enable card payments soon. Keep an eye on our Facebook updates for announcements.
How do security deposits work?
First-time renters are required to leave a ₱3,000 cash bond. This deposit will be forfeited if minor damages are found on the vehicle during the rental period.
How does pricing work for rentals with a driver?
For destinations within Legazpi City and Albay area, the car rental price remains the same with fuel included and 8-10 hours of driver service. However, for destinations outside of Albay area, fuel is not included and there's an additional ₱500 per day driver fee.
